It all depends on the level(s) you wish to work to.
Ideally you should bring a good variety of clothing and shoes, especially lingerie if you intend to work to that style. Also makeup, a hair brush and a sense of humour. If in doubt, ask.

You will mainly be asked to pose in various ways, some poses will be explained, some might even be demonstrated. (Oh dear)

Home shoots can be arranged. I have a selection of portable equipment, so all I need is adequate space and access to a couple electrical sockets.
Usually the answer is yes, but there are a few simple (and obvious) rules to understand and follow.
The friend/chaperone should be there for moral support only, they are not there to advise (unless asked to) not there to comment (unless asked to) and definitely not there to interfere. They are not there to 'join in' using a mobile phone camera or other camera equipment (unless pre arranged)
Remember this is your shoot, being relaxed and enjoying it is important.
